About this course
A face-to-face workshop for allied health clinicians focused on the mindset and conversation skills needed for mentoring rather than expert problem-solving. Participants will learn three practical tools (Outcome Compass, Hat Shift, Reflective Loop) to structure mentoring conversations and respond to mentees without defaulting to advice.
